Eationwear Welcomes Australian Students for a Factory Tour — A Journey of Creativity and Technology
This week, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of students and teachers from Australia at Eationwear’s headquarters. We opened the doors of our factory to show them not only how we design and create yoga activewear but also let them experience every detail of the process firsthand.

Tour Highlight 1: A Deep Dive into Eationwear’s Production Process

The students began with a tour of our factory and showroom, learning about the entire production process — from fabric selection, cutting, sewing, quality control, to final packaging. Our production facility spans 20,000 square meters, with a monthly output of up to 500,000 pieces, showcasing how we efficiently and meticulously manage large-scale custom production.

During the tour, we also shared our commitment to sustainability and how we incorporate cutting-edge technology and eco-friendly practices in every piece of activewear we create. Our factory holds certifications like BSCI, GRS, ISO 9001, and OEKO-TEX 100, ensuring our products meet global standards.

Tour Highlight 2: Hands-on Sewing Experience

Of course, one of the most exciting parts of the visit was letting the students try sewing themselves! Under the guidance of our expert staff, they stepped behind sewing machines to try making a small part of a garment. Watching a simple piece of fabric turn into a part of a finished product gave each student a real sense of accomplishment. This wasn’t just a demonstration; it was a creative and hands-on educational experience!

Why We Did This

We believe that openness and sharing are the best ways to learn. By inviting the students to visit Eationwear, we not only gave them a closer look at what “custom activewear production” truly involves but also showed them the exquisite craftsmanship, teamwork, and sustainable practices behind global apparel production.

More importantly, we aim to build a bridge between education and industry, giving young people an insight into this creative and challenging field. Eationwear is more than just a factory producing activewear — we also focus on quality, innovation, and human care.

What the Students Said

After the visit, many students expressed how eye-opening the experience was. They saw how a simple design becomes a real garment, experienced the precision and teamwork involved in every stage, and even discovered an interest in fashion design, sustainable production, and global supply chains. Some students even mentioned that they may pursue careers in fashion design or environmental sustainability in the future.

Looking Ahead — We Welcome More Businesses and Schools for Factory Tours

We hope this event is just the beginning. In the future, Eationwear will continue to welcome students and educators from all over the world to visit. We look forward to sharing our expertise in custom activewear manufacturing, sustainability, and innovative design with more people.
